Photo Scan

On top of photo restoration, Original Photos offers photo scan services. Take advantage of our state-of-the-art, ultra-high-resolution scanners to halt the deterioration of your precious memories. Preserve all your loose photos as easy-to-share digital images, ready to be enjoyed with family and friends on social media.

Our photo scans include human eye professional colour balance — no more fancy and inaccurate programmed image corrections. We can complete small quantities of photo scans while you wait.

We store digital backup copies of all our work. With over 70TB of storage space, we have kept all jobs completed since our opening in Brisbane in 2015 on file.

Audio Transfer

Audio transfers are more than just a straight transfer to digital media. It involves audio signal optimisation, with track sets for each side of a tape or LP. Remaster your old audio recordings to CD or USB. Give your old K7 another chance by bringing them to the digital world of today. Original Photos works with a range of audio media for your convenience.

8mm & Super 8

Original Photos is equipped with sophisticated film scanners to capture every single frame of your films. Our recent scanner upgrade improves the quality of your 8mm film, now with a 1080x1440 resolution. We scan each frame of your film and then join them together digitally, adjusting speed when necessary to give it a realistic look. We also clean up the framing and other aspects for the final video and add music that first the content for your better enjoyment.

We have 70TB of storage space, which means we have offered digital backup copies of all our work since our foundation in 2015.

Remember the old slides some of us used to see at school? At Original Photos, they also get a scan to digital treatment with our ultra-high resolution and latest technology scanners. Our slide and film scan services include professional colour balance by a human being – a professional photographer, nonetheless. We can also print your photos on high-quality premium photo paper.
