About Original Photos

Our business is the creation of Professional Media Photographer Graeme who began working in a 7 hour film processing Lab in 1981.


Kodak Regional Lab Manager, Sydney CBD by 1987 & promoted to Kodak HQ Melbourne, into the Quality Control Department on Kodachrome Processing 1988.

Kodak Lab Manager in Hobart from 1988 to 1992.


All while simultaneously forging a career path in celebrity photography beginning in 1982 and leaving Kodak in 1992 to pursue a full-time
career as a Freelance Media Celebrity Photographer.


The search to gain knowledge in the newly forming digital era found Graeme taking a 6 month position working for The Australian Antarctic Division Multimedia Department with his first exposure to Photoshop 3.0 and Photo Restoration in 1996.


The Freelance career covered 4000+ events from 1982 to 2018 only retiring once the Original Photos Store concept gained much favor with local residents, frustrated with
the photo process becoming all self-service.
